Concert for students // Ivan Buljo and Sámi Grand Prix Covered

This year Sámi University of Applied Sciences is celebrating our 30th anniversary. To mark this milestone, the University launches a concert for the students with the young Sámi talented artists Ivan Buljo and Sámi Grand Prix Covered.

Ivan Buljo
Ivan Buljo is a young Sámi musicproducer and DJ from Kautokeino. He is known for exciting and eclectic sets where joik and modern music meets. The combination creates a bridge between ancient heritage and Tropical House, introducing new and old audiences to one another. The music is perfect for the dancefloor!

Sámi Grand Prix Cover
Three young Sámi music producers and four young artists have interpreted and made cover versions of Sámi Grand Prix hit songs from the years 1990-2000. Sámi Grand Prix is the Sámi version of Eurovision song contest. The group played for the first time at Easter festival in Kautokeino this year. This is a concert you don´t want to miss, when the young artists breathe life into old Sámi Grand Prix hit songs!
