Students from different countries around the world have conducted studies at different levels at Sámi University of Applied Sciences(SUAS) throughout the years.

Varpu is from Finland, and came to SUAS in 2022 as a part of her PhD research during her studies at the University of Alaska Fairbanks, USA.
